About me
I have a deep passion for empowering individuals and organisations to discover their own resolutions to complex and not so complex disputes. Conflicts can be challenging; people often feel "stuck"; and struggle to find a way forward, whether in the workplace, among senior leadership teams, between board directors or trustees or in community or volunteer groups. If you needindependent, experienced mediation or facilitation—and you need it promptly—don't hesitate to reach out. With over 20 years of expertise in HR management and business leadership, complemented by a decade of facilitating community conversations, I bring a wealth of experience from both government and private sectors, including profit-driven and charitable organisations. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master's in Social Science with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution. I am proudly affiliated with AMINZ and am a Peacemaker member of MBBI, underscoring my commitment to excellence in conflict resolution. This is experience you can trust.
